Returns Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product to us within 14 calendar days upon receipt of delivery.
The product must be in the same unused and resaleable condition that you receive it in.
Please email us letting us know you wish to return your item before sending it, so we can help you with the process.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take up 5 business days for a refund to show up on your account.
If the product you receive is damaged and you wish to return it, we can arrange for a collection of the damaged item and either replace it or arrange a refund. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days from receipt of delivery
